Pilates is everywhere in Frankfurt right now – from Reformer studios in the Ostend to small mat classes in Niederrad. So you don't have to search forever, I've put together 52 Pilates studios in Frankfurt, sorted by neighbourhood – plus 33 in Offenbach, Darmstadt, Mainz and Wiesbaden. Reformer or mat? In mat Pilates you train with your own body weight on the mat. The Reformer is a machine with a sliding carriage and springs that add resistance – classes on it usually run in small groups. Classical studios also work with equipment like the Cadillac, tower or chair.

How this list was made: I checked every studio on its own website (for two Mainz studios without one, on their booking page) – the address, offer and link all come from there. It includes studios where Pilates is a fixed part of the timetable; gym chains, physio practices and sports-club courses are left out.
